Threat Source Intelligence Assessments (TSIA)
Specifically conducted on identified threat sources (both individuals and groups) to outline and assess subject(s) threat/risk related intent, motive(s), ability, inhibitors, justification, stress, behaviors, actions, background, ideology, illegal activities, prior incidents/contact, etc.
Dependant on TSIA type and extent CJES threat/risk ratings are ascertained from the totality of assessed information intelligence. CJES ratings cover an established spectrum of twelve (12) Quantitative and twelve (12) Qualitative levels of Low, Moderate, High, and Critical threat/risk.
CJES Protective Response Considerations and Threat/Risk Resolution measures are incorporated within the TSIA.
