Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP)
A comprehensive plan (Emergency Preparedness Capability) that provides for a continuation of facility operations by accounting for and considering all key aspects, critical elements, and requirements as delineated by government, executive, or corporation policies and procedures concerning those emergency situations or events that may adversely affect normal operations.
