Specialized Training, Seminars, and Exercises
Are instruction-based programs emphasizing audience/group participation, positive/interactive learning environments, and core competencies (basic & advanced) as the principal means in which participants can achieve optimum levels of proficiency.
CJES-Training provides the tools and skills-set needed to accomplish goals, meet program objectives and requirements, and acquire pre-identified specified capabilities.
Depending on a client-stated, and CJES-conducted "training-needs" assessment, an individualized training format will be developed that provides optimal results from a contemporary and sustained basis. This in turn is supported by a set-combination of basic, advanced, and/or "train-the-trainer" classes.
Examples of specialized CJES-Training Programs include: Judicial/Court Security, Personal Security, Executive Protection, Violence in the Workplace, Threat/Risk and Vulnerability Analysis and Assessment, Protective/Threat Investigations, Threat Source Intelligence Assessments, Emergency Management, Operational and Contingency Response, and Security Audits/Surveys.
CJES-Exercises are planned events that allow participants to apply their skills/knowledge and organizers/management to evaluate their overall effectiveness. Exercise types include: Orientations/Briefings, Scheduled/Unscheduled Drills, and Tabletop, Functional, and Full-Scale Exercises.
