Program Development

A complex security management process individually tailored and designed to meet/exceed specific government and executive-based security, threat (including intelligence), risk, and emergency response requirements.

CJES program development services begin with an interview process and proceed through a review and asessment of existing/available current program policies and procedures. From there, a CJES client-based program assessing/determining agency requirements and needs by utilizing multiple proactive factors of consideration and other related variables is developed/defined to establish and ensure applicable program implementation and sustained operation, control, and oversight.

Once implemented the related program (i.e. Security, Threat, Risk, and/or Emergency Management) will be a contemporary cost-effective example of model policies, procedures, measures, and conditions intended to increase ones (i.e. individuals, facilities, and operations) safety/security while minimizing the overall threat/risk.
