Threat/Risk Vulnerability Assessments (T/RVA)
CJES Assessments incorporate a set number of multiple baseline and site-specific factors, comparative analysis, and related variables that thoroughly consider both natural and man-made hazards/disasters and criminal/terrorist actions.
Concentrated areas of vulnerability that may potentially be exploited by adversaries are subsequently identified and assessed. The appropriate response actions and counter-measures for threat/risk and vulnerability mitigation and resolution are also addressed and completely outlined during this phase.
Critical operations, essential functions, potential key personnel at risk, and facility significance are then identified and assessed.
The above elements are subsequently grouped and analyzed under the respective headings of: (1) Threat/Risk, (2) Vulnerabilities, and (3) Assets Classification.
Final T/RVA linguistic and numeric rating values are ascertained from stated conditional probabilities by applying combinations of intersecting or calculated spheres incorporating CJES-developed criteria within the aforementioned 3-group headings; all having been assessed both quantitatively and qualitatively.
