Operational/Contingency Response Plans (O/CRP)

An assignment or incident-specific plan based on both assessed and operations identified threats/risks. Expounds upon general O/FEP, JSP/ESP, and COOP policies and procedures from the perspective of an established real-time and real-event basis.

A CJES O/CRP based philosophy of "I would rather be there and not be needed - than be needed and not be there" is our accepted standard practice.

Examples of where an O/CRP would be prepared include but are not limited to:

  • High-Threat and/or High-Profile Trials and/or Prisoners
  • High-Threat and/or High-Profile Conferences/Events
  • VIP/Executive Protective Service Operations/Details
  • Mass Employee Furloughs or Terminations
  • Dangerous/Violent/Deranged Individuals or Groups
  • Contiguous Threats/Risks
  • Violent Civil Demonstrations/Protests
