Based in Saint Paul, Minnesota the Center for Judicial and Executive Security (CJES) was founded in July of 2009 by Steven K. Swensen. CJES provides quality, comprehensive, cost-effective, innovative and creative management products, services, and solutions for judicial, government, executive, corporate, business, and law enforcement officials.
CJES is recognized as a leader and subject-matter-expert (SME) in the specialized fields of security, threat, risk, and emergency management.
